At Pine & Porch Estates, we pride ourselves on offering a transparent and client-focused experience. Unlike other companies that require upsell calls or take advantage of clients, we prioritize your needs. Our communication channels are flexible; whether you prefer email, text, or phone calls, we work with you in a way that suits you best. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:
Our Services and Costs:
- Free Consultation: This initial consultation allows us to understand your needs and assess what items you are selling. This helps us tailor our approach specifically to you.
- Sale of Items: We specialize in selling items from your home, including cars, boats, equipment, and farm machinery if necessary. Our years of experience ensure we know the market value of your belongings.
- Cost Structure: We work for free until the estate sale is over; we get paid when you get paid. Our fees include 35% of everything sold. The remaining 65% of the gross sales will be paid to the Homeowner or their authorized representatives, minus the 3% card processing fee, which is deducted from the gross proceeds, and the $400 employee management fee, which will be taken from the client’s portion at settlement. This means no hidden costs from our company. We won’t require you to sell your home, nor will we add additional costs to clean your house or move you out! You can negotiate these services with other parties later. Our goal is to sell everything, so hopefully there won’t be much left to work with and to avoid inflated prices for the unknown.We even offer an early termination with no fee if no services have been started! If the Homeowner decides to pull out after work has been started, a $400 employee management fee will be due to the Estate Sale Company to cover employee expenses. This fee will need to be paid within 10 business days of termination.

- Posted over 100 separate ads across multiple platforms.
- Emailed our subscriber base, specifically targeting individuals interested in estate sales.
- Received exposure from community marketplaces, Utah ads, Instagram, X.com (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, KSL, and Pinterest.
- Estate sale signs, balloons, and multiple arrow signs strategically placed around the neighborhood of the home to direct potential buyers to the estate sale.
- Post-Sale Support: After the sale, we can refer you to trusted companies for cleaning out your home. You can work with them and pay them directly, allowing for a straightforward and transparent process.
- Real Estate Referral: If you're considering selling your home, we can connect you with a trustworthy real estate agent to assist you further.
- Personalized Service: We understand every situation is unique. Whether you’re downsizing, relocating, or managing an estate after a loss, we tailor our services to fit your circumstances.
- Customer Care: Our team is compassionate and understanding. We recognize the emotional challenges that come with estate sales and strive to provide a supportive experience.

- What if items don’t sell? We can discuss strategies for unsold items, including donations or alternative selling options.
- How do you determine the value of items? Our knowledgeable team assesses your items, pricing them based on current market trends and recent comparable sales. We recognize that selling all items within a two to three-day timeframe necessitates fair pricing. For high-value items, we can also connect you with trusted appraisers.
