Do I need to prepare my home before the sale?
We recommend decluttering and removing any personal items you don’t wish to sell. If there are items you don't want to sell unless you receive a specific amount, you are welcome to tag those items but we wont be able to guarantee their sale. Our team will handle the staging, pricing, and display of items to maximize your sale. Our goal is to get you fair value and to maximize the items sold along with the profits of the estae sale. This means selling as many items as possible within the time frame provided.
